Payment timing and method    

For small items sold by mail order, pay in advance by bank transfer (only in Japan), or credit card or PayPal.

For custom-made products, please transfer to the designated bank after notifying the completion (only in Japan).

For international shipping, you can pay by credit card or PayPal.

Delivery time of products   

Small items in mail order will be shipped within 2 business days after payment. Custom-made products are determined through consultation with the customer.

Acceptance and Conditions of Returns and Cancellations      

We cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. We have taken all possible measures to ensure that the product is defective, but if there are any defects, please contact us within one week from the date of delivery. We will repair it or replace it with a replacement.

In the case of made-to-order products, specifications cannot be changed or canceled after the order has been placed.

Repair and warranty period       

The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery of the product. Any failure due to a manufacturing defect that occurs during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. For failures caused by improper handling, please contact us and we will repair it for a fee.
